Background and Expertise
For over 20 years, Seth Pennington has been at the helm of multimillion-dollar businesses, specializing in helping stuck businesses get unstuck. A seasoned entrepreneur, Seth has firsthand experience navigating economic downturns, leadership challenges, and operational inefficiencies—and coming out stronger on the other side.
His journey began in 2007 when he and his wife, Amy, launched a supply business serving luxury homebuilders. However, the Great Recession forced a rapid and painful pivot. Overwhelmed and exhausted, Seth discovered Traction by Gino Wickman, which led him to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). Implementing EOS helped save his business, fueled its growth, and ultimately led to a successful exit.
Since then, Seth has implemented EOS in multiple companies, transitioning from Visionary to Integrator and mastering both perspectives. Today, as a Professional EOS Implementer, he coaches business leaders, Integrators, and Visionaries through the same transformative process that changed his own entrepreneurial journey.
Joining Quade Circle
Seth’s decision to join Quade stems from a deep belief in the power of peer-driven problem-solving. He
understands that entrepreneurship can be lonely, and that the right community can provide the clarity,
accountability, and support that leaders need to break through barriers.
With a passion for mentorship, leadership development, and operational excellence, Seth sees Quade as a game- changing environment where business owners can share, learn, and grow together. His goal is to help fellow entrepreneurs gain clarity, get unstuck, and build businesses that work for them—rather than the other way around.
Vision for Impact as a New Quade Circle Director
As Seth steps into his role as a Quade Circle Director, he is excited to foster an environment where business leaders can engage in open, honest discussions about their biggest challenges and opportunities. He hopes to:
- Create a space where entrepreneurs feel supported and challenged, helping them uncover the root causes of their struggles and move toward actionable solutions.
- Help leaders gain clarity on their vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across their organizations.
- Encourage accountability, execution, and real progress, so that members leave each session with practical steps they can take immediately.
- Facilitate meaningful peer-to-peer connections, leveraging the collective wisdom of the group to drive better decision-making and long-term success.
Seth is eager to bring his experience, strategic insight, and practical execution know-how to a Quade Circle, helping business owners break through ceilings and achieve their next level of growth.
Personal Insights
Outside of his work with entrepreneurs, Seth enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with his wife, Amy, and their two daughters, Sadi and Emme.
Seth is also a proud pageant and cheer dad. His daughter Sadi is preparing to compete for Miss Indiana’s Teen in June 2025, and his youngest daughter, Emme, is passionate about competitive cheerleading. Whether it’s coaching business leaders or cheering from the sidelines, Seth thrives on supporting those he cares about in achieving their goals.
