Quade Spotlight, Melanie Allen
My involvement in Quade has propelled me into becoming a savvy and more confident leader. As a CEO under 40, I’ve faced so much self-doubt, critical reflection, and imposter syndrome that hindered me from becoming as strong of a leader as I could be. Through conversations within our Circle and one-on-one meetings with my fellow allies, I have grown into someone eager to face challenges, have hard conversations, and make tough choices for my company. These Allies hold me accountable, challenge me with thoughtful questions, and support me with resources as I grow and scale.
I might have eventually gotten there without the support of my Quade Circle, but it would have taken a whole lot longer.
