Ersal Ozdemir founded Keystone Group in 2002 and
has grown it into one of Indiana’s largest privately
owned real estate development, construction,
property management, and investment firms.
Headquartered in the historic Majestic Building in
downtown Indianapolis, Keystone has spent more
than 24 years delivering transformational,
internationally recognized mixed-use projects. The
company’s portfolio spans mixed use retail,
multifamily, hospitality, and sports-led development,
including the InterContinental Indianapolis—the city’s
first new luxury hotel in nearly two decades—and the
400 acres Grand Park Sports District, one of the
largest and most visited sport campus in the world.
Keystone recently announced the acquisition 120
Monument Circle – the largest block of Monument Circle in the center of downtown Indianapolis, with
reimagining underway as the firm advances its mission to deliver catalytic projects that strengthen
communities.
In 2013, Ozdemir launched Indy Eleven Professional Soccer to bring the world’s most popular sport to
Indiana and build a statewide platform for players and fans. The club has welcomed more than 1.5 million
fans, expanded to include a women’s team that won the 2023 W League National Championship, and
acquired a top-tier women’s professional team that will compete in the Super League. Indy Eleven has
also achieved national success at the academy level and now operates a youth program serving more
than 18,000 kids across the state.
A civil engineering graduate of Purdue University, Ozdemir is a frequent speaker on business, leadership,
and community engagement. He is an active philanthropist and supporter of the arts. He and his wife
have four children, and he enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and table tennis.

Paul Obszanski is a partner in Ice Miller’s Business Group, concentrating his practice in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Paul works frequently with private equity funds, publicly traded companies, and emerging growth and closely held businesses in domestic and cross-border transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, and recapitalizations. Paul advises clients and entrepreneurs in a variety of corporate matters and acts as outside general counsel.
Paul graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and served as an associate editor for the Indiana Law Review while in law school.

Steve Iskander is the Founder and CEO of Intrepid, where he is building AI-driven infrastructure to modernize credit assessment, lending management, and capital access. A serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years of executive leadership across finance, private equity, and technology, Steve has founded and scaled multiple companies, including successful exits in tech. His work focuses on democratizing access to capital, automating regulatory and underwriting workflows, and partnering with institutional financial leaders to build the next generation of data-driven fintech platforms. Central to this mission is expanding access to capital regardless of geography or conventional biases, connecting lenders and borrowers more seamlessly, and helping businesses identify and access the right type of capital from the right institutions.

Augie joined Centerfield in 2017. His primary responsibilities include leading the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of investments for Centerfield Equity, the firm’s control strategy.
Augie has spent his entire career in middle-market private equity and investment banking. Prior to Centerfield, Augie was an Associate at Prospect Partners in Chicago, a lower middle-market private equity fund focused on leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. At Prospect, Augie was actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment process. Earlier, he was an Analyst in the Chicago office of the Investment Banking Group at Stout where he worked on middle-market mergers and acquisitions.
Augie spends most days chasing his three kids (two daughters and a son) around the house and backyard. A jack of some trades and ace of none, he can be found in his spare time golfing, playing pickleball and tennis, shooting hoops, snow/water skiing, or singing at church. As the 29th person in his family to attend Purdue, Augie will cheer for his Boilers to the grave. He is also an avid Colts, Pacers, and Cubs fan.

Erin is a founding partner in MITAR Private Capital. With over two decades of experience, Erin has served in key leadership roles within the wealth management industry, including developing growth strategies, succession and transition planning, service delivery, investment management, and portfolio construction.
Erin also brings the perspective of professional guidance, having consulted for several privately held businesses across the country. Most recently, Erin served as CEO of a highly respected Indianapolis wealth advisory firm with a legacy extending over 25 years. Erin was responsible for the entirety of the firm’s strategic initiatives, operations, and leadership.
Although not actively involved, Erin is part of the third generation of an Indiana family-owned business. Growing up in this family business ignited a passion for working with privately held businesses and other entrepreneurial families.

Mike is a founding partner of MITAR Private Capital, bringing extensive
experience in Single and Multi-Family Office private equity investing. He has
successfully completed transactions totaling over $1.4 billion.
Prior to MPC, Mike served as the Managing Director of Private Equity for
Oxford Financial Group, one of the largest wealth advisory firms in the
country. At Oxford, he led all efforts to source, evaluate, execute, and
collaborate with management teams, resulting in substantial returns for
investors. He also served on Oxford’s Board of Directors and completed other
strategic transactions for the firm.
Before joining Oxford, Mike was the Managing Director of Hillenbrand Capital
Partners, a large single-family office. He also held roles as Associate Director
of M&A for Banc One Capital Markets, Director of Corporate Development for
Hillenbrand Industries, and Associate at NatCity Investments.
Mike holds a BS in Finance from Butler University and an MBA from the
University of Notre Dame.

Pat East is an entrepreneur and investor who bootstrapped Hanapin Marketing, an Inc. 5000 honoree and Fortune Great Place to Work, to $10M in revenue before its acquisition. He went on to found The Mill, one of Indiana’s leading entrepreneurship centers, and Flywheel Fund, one of the Midwest’s most active early-stage investors. Today Pat serves as Executive Advisor for the Main Street NEXT accelerator, helping established Indiana business owners prepare for growth, succession, and exit. He is an LP in several small business acquisition funds and is co-owner of Darn Good Soup in Bloomington.

Michael is a member of the ownership group of Valeo Financial Advisors, LLC, a local registered investment advisory firm. His practice focuses on ultra-high-net-worth, multi-generational families, and he advises approximately two dozen families representing roughly $1.65 billion in assets. Michael is also an owner and member of the Board of Directors of Micromatic Products, LLC, a global industrial manufacturing company specializing in engineered rotary actuators and automated assembly systems. He is a member of the Global One Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), serves on the Finance Committee for Saint Richard’s Episcopal School, and is a member of the Board of the Crooked Stick Endowed Scholarship Fund.

As Senior Vice President and Head of Legal Regulated Industries at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, Sara has wide responsibilities spanning multiple strategic subject matters within FBG, specifically serving as counsel to the regulated gaming and markets products. She is responsible for developing and managing the FBG’s relationships with federal and state regulators; contributing to FBG’s government affairs efforts and strategic industry initiatives; furthering FBG’s consumer protection measures; and maintaining licenses and registrations with federal and state oversight bodies.
Most recently, Sara was a Partner at Duane Morris LLP in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and a member of its Gaming group. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Tait was a Partner at Ice Miller LLP. Sara has served as legal counsel to a diverse set of gaming clients in all facets of their businesses and legal needs, providing strategic advice and analysis of laws and regulations so that clients can take advantage of opportunities and avoid risk. Her significant and nationwide expertise extends across the complex and evolving gaming industry and other highly regulated markets.
Tait previously served as Executive Director of the Indiana Gaming Commission. Appointed in June of 2015 and reappointed by Governor Eric Holcomb in 2017, Sara was chief regulator of Indiana’s 13 casinos, an industry that brings in more than $500 million in tax revenues each year and employs more than 12,000 people. Sara’s tenure oversaw significant modernization, growth, consolidation and investment in the gaming industry. Her responsibilities included overseeing land-based casino openings, implementing new legislation, and introducing paid fantasy sports and cashless wagering. Most significantly, she successfully launched retail and mobile sports betting in the state of Indiana and created a nationally praised and replicated regulatory environment.
With broad skills in legislative, government, regulatory and tribal affairs, she brings a unique perspective that includes a wide array of experience with complicated and complex matters while supporting consistent regulatory and operational improvement.
