It’s been an incredible journey of growth and empowerment over the past year as a proud
member of Quade Circle 1-4. As a leader and business owner, joining this ally group has made a
profound difference in my life, both personally and professionally.
The ally group has provided me with a safe and supportive space to connect with like-minded
individuals who share similar values and goals. Through authentic, vulnerable, engaging
discussions, I’ve gained invaluable insights and perspectives that have helped me navigate
challenges and make informed decisions in my business.
One of the most significant impacts of being part of this ally group has been the opportunity to
reinforce my leadership philosophy.
As a member of my circle, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of trust,
vulnerability, accountability, and cross-industry learning. These principles align seamlessly with
my leadership development work and philosophy at Vida Aventura:
Trust: Trust is the foundation of any successful team Just as you trust your peers, you foster
trust within your team. Transparent communication, reliability, and building genuine
connections are key components of this trust. When team members feel trusted and
supported, they are more likely to collaborate effectively and take ownership of their work.
Vulnerability: Within Quade, I’ve seen the power of vulnerability in building strong
relationships. By sharing our own challenges and experiences, we encouraged others to do the
same. This vulnerability has bred empathy and understanding among peers, strengthening our
bonds, and enabling us to support each other through both professional and personal
challenges. By sharing your challenges as a leader, you encourage your team to do the same.

your team. Accountability is crucial for driving results. By holding myself and others
accountable for our actions and commitments, we ensure that goals are met, and projects are
completed successfully. This accountability fosters a sense of responsibility and ownership
among team members, empowering them to take initiative and contribute to the success of the
organization.
Learning: One of the most valuable aspects of being part of Quade has been the opportunity to
learn from peers across different industries and backgrounds. This openness to diverse
perspectives has mirrored my commitment to continuous learning. By bringing fresh ideas and
insights to the table, we’ve been able to propel our respective team’s forward and drive
innovation within our organizations.
As a leader, being part of my Quade circle has equipped me with additional knowledge and
insights to help the leaders I work with to build winning teams.
I am immensely grateful for the support, guidance, and camaraderie that I’ve found within this
